| ~ What are your business hours? | June - Oct - 7 days a week 8 am - 5 pm Nov - May - Mon - Sat. 8 am - 4 pm |
| ~ What product do you offer? | We offer nugget, block and dry ice sold in sizes ranging from 7 to 300 lbs. We also offer shaved ice and snow scenes. |

| ~ Do you sell dry ice? | Yes, it is sold in 10 lb blocks. This lasts approximately 24 hours. Dry ice is sub zero temperature. Do not store in freezer. |
| ~ How much ice do I need for my party? | Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 lbs per person |
| ~ Do you offer home delivery service? | Yes, with a minimum of 400 lbs |
| ~ Do you do snow scenes? | We offer snow scenes with a minimum of 5 tons. This covers approximately an area of 20 x 20, 4 inches deep. We require 3 weeks notice prior to event. |
| ~ Do you offer shaved ice? | Yes, we sell that product in 20 & 40 lb bags. Call ahead for availability. |
